MacIDOL profile theme changes

I’m in the process of changing MacIDOL profile themes around:
Old themes are being retired, everyone on them is moving to Cobalt.
Cobalt has a new skin with colors from the MacIDOL palette.
New theme: Nova.
All profile themes now have ads. Gotta keep the site running.
